Factory Connection Canada offers Trackside Support on weekends at races during the year.  We hope to expand our trackside support in 2009 and beyond.

Mike Haist is our Manager: A friendly, knowledgable, quality oriented individual who is there to help you in any way possible.... if you need technical support / set up assistance with Factory Connection suspension, stock suspension or another company's set up.

Victor Pereira is our Trackside Technician: Victor loves being at the track.  He is friendly, a dedicated worker and very customer service oriented.  Setting Rider Sag, determining spring rate, oil change services, rebuild services and suspension tuning support are his trackside specialties to help you.

Need a oil change or service of your forks or shock? Mike can help you out; we stock virtually all wear parts for your Showa, KYB, WP and Marzocchi component. We also have Factory Connection Apparel, Fork / Shock Springs and more!!!!
