The following instructions should give you a guideline for sending your suspension to be worked on.

* When shipping suspension we generally recommend using, UPS, Purolator, or DHL.*

If you do not have a package to send your forks & shock in... here are some options!

a) Gun case works great!  

b) Go to your local hardware store and get a 4 foot florescent light box, shovel/rake/broom box .

c) U-haul and Ryder have large boxes as well.

d) Call Factory Connection Canada 819-477-0555 and we'll send you a box.

Note: IF you have Push Button Air Bleeders installed in your fork caps... 95% of the time they leak during shipping. 

PLEASE remove and re-install stock screws w/ orings.

1. Mark your individual parts with your name.
2. Bubble Wrap everything and tape everything! We can not stress this enough, protect your investment!
3. Insure your suspension parts for at least $3500 when shipping. ($2100 forks / $1400 shock)
4. Print our new Rider Information Forms in (PDF)
5. Tell us how to return ship it to you, we normally ship ground service via UPS , for about $25-50 each direction depending on the destination. However, we can ship via Purolator or by Parcel Post.           
6. Factory Connection wants to make shipping of your components as easy and cost effective as possible. IF you don't have a relatively easy and cost effective manner in which to ship your components. Give us a call and we'll get you a quote for a pick up at your business or residence. Due to the amount of packages we ship, Factory Connection's shipping pricing is generally less than your standard shipping location.
